Granada is best discovered by playing detective. The treasure hunt turns a walk through the old town into a team game: each group moves at its own pace, deciphers clues and brings back an answer to a checkpoint.
The route passes the outer walls of the Alhambra, the cathedral and the Royal Chapel, where the Catholic Monarchs are buried, then the Alcaicería, the former silk market, and the lanes of the Albaicín. The riddles rely on the places themselves: an inscription, a detail on a facade, a view from a lookout. A team only moves on once it has found the right answer.
Depending on the group, the game is played with a tablet or a paper roadbook. A host stays reachable during the game for questions, and the ranking is established at the finish.
