A seminar in the company's colours
From arrival, participants find signage and T-shirts in Happn's colours. A meeting then gathers all the teams before the island takes over.
Beach games, kayaking and cardboard boats
The team building is played in colour-coded teams, with a scoreboard updated after each challenge:
- a land circuit and aqueduct challenges;
- building a cardboard boat;
- an island treasure hunt;
- racing the cardboard boats to decide the winner.
A competitive mood, lots of laughter and teams mixing together.
A private evening at Raco Ibiza
To close the stay, Raco Ibiza, hidden in a large Mediterranean garden, was fully privatised: terrace, pool and chill-out atmosphere to celebrate together.

Frequently asked questions
Can we hire a whole restaurant or beach club in Ibiza?
Yes: for a group this size we negotiate full venue hire, with DJ, bar and a menu suited to your programme.
How do you run a team building with competing teams?
We create colour-coded teams, prepare the challenges and scoreboard, and host the whole thing so every team plays as much as it wins.
